Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who is hands-on and results-focused to join our team and help scale our business.

We are a successful Australian business with several interrelated brands and global ambitions. You will work closely with the CEO to bring his concepts and plans to life.

Our services are exclusively for business clients, so you must have demonstrable success in B2B marketing and lead generation. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the business.

This role is ideal for someone who can execute marketing strategies effectively, turn ideas into action, and leverage digital platforms to generate high-quality leads. We want a results-driven team player.

You must be able to prove your hands-on experience and up-to-date marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & SEO Management: Optimize and manage the Divi Theme on WordPress for high-performance, conversion-focused design, and SEO-driven content. Conduct A/B testing and implement RankMath for SEO improvements to maximize organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Lead Generation & Growth Marketing: Drive B2B lead generation through organic engagement, content marketing, and conversion-focused campaigns. Execute Facebook and LinkedIn retargeting ads to nurture warm leads effectively.
  • Content & Community Engagement: Build and manage an engaged audience on Facebook and LinkedIn using AI-assisted content creation and scheduling. Develop compelling content that supports SEO and audience growth.
  • AI & Automation Optimization: Leverage AI-powered tools for marketing automation, sales forecasting, and chatbots to streamline workflows. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize ad spend and marketing performance.
  • Performance & Budget Management: Manage monthly marketing budget, prioritizing spending on tools, retargeting ads, and AI-driven solutions. Regularly track and report key performance indicators to leadership to ensure efficiency and ROI.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Design and structure web pages using Divi Theme on WordPress to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and boost SEO and SEM results.
  • Use RankMath and SEMRush to maximize organic traffic.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (blogs, LinkedIn posts, Facebook posts) to improve SEO and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, RankMath, and SEMRush to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage B2B email marketing campaigns using Ontraport and Snov.io, optimizing automation workflows to nurture and convert leads.
  • Set up and manage Facebook and LinkedIn retargeting ads to enhance lead conversion.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate marketing materials, including graphics, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement new marketing tactics to improve results.
  • Report directly to leadership with insights, recommendations, and execution updates.
  • Optimize CRM and lead management workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and test high-converting landing pages to maximize lead generation and ad performance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from digital interactions to refine marketing efforts.

The Perfect Person

This role focuses on driving growth across multiple interrelated brands with an emphasis on B2B marketing and digital expansion. The ideal candidate can adapt strategies across different industries to maximize impact and business performance.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Proven expertise in Divi Theme, RankMath SEO, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn, and automation tools. Must be able to create high-quality content efficiently using Canva and AI-driven design tools.
  • Deep understanding of Cialdini’s persuasion principles and solution-based selling, including the ability to craft digital marketing content that aligns with these strategies.
  • Experience in outsourcing, SaaS, or fast-scaling digital businesses.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns, not just oversee them.
