☎️ What the Role Involves
As a Your Phones Covered Virtual Receptionist, your main responsibility is to answer phone calls for our clients — similar to a traditional receptionist or switchboard operator, but working remotely.
Day-to-day activities include:
- ➡️ Answering and transferring phone calls
- ➡️ Taking detailed messages
- ➡️ Managing appointment bookings and diaries
- ➡️ Providing front-line customer service for our clients
You'll be working with a range of clients in medical, legal, and financial industries, where professionalism and accuracy matter every time.

- ➡️ A professional attitude — reliable, punctual, able to follow instructions, and committed to quality work
